For Michelle …

… who wondered what my new boots looked like, after I mouthily proclaimed on Facebook that I had some.  I lost count of how many boots I unsuccessfully shoved my apparently gargantuan legs into this fall/winter season, but April insisted that I needed to try on one more pair, and these turned out to be the Cinderella boots.

  1. Those are some very pretty boots!
I was having the same problem with boots this year. Apparently my legs are 10x the size the average person’s legs are! I did find a really pretty pair that I myself like to call my “kick ass” boots πŸ˜›

  2. Thanks guys πŸ™‚
Kristal, I was told this year that it’s not that our legs are SO big, it’s that we’re SHORT. Our leg is in proportion for our body, but not in proportion for a boot made for a 5 foot 11 woman. The skinny part of the boot hits at the widest part of our leg which is what makes it such a pain in the ass. This makes a lot of sense to me, but it doesn’t really make me feel much better while I’m trying on 10,000 pairs of boots I can’t zip up.

What do you think?
